We can treat pieces up to 1000kg in series at our production line.
De Bruyn Coating has several manufacturing lines dedicated to treating casted pieces. We even have robots handling the job in some cases.
Our transport systems can automatically guide pieces up to 1000kg through the different steps of the treatment. Whether it is the relatively easy application of a primer or a full complex multiple layer paint system, we do it all with pleasure and high quality.
We have gained a large experience in masking machined surfaces or threads in the pieces.
